Information We Collect

We may collect the following information:

Guest users may access limited features without full identity verification. Content you post may be visible to others depending on your settings.

How We Use Information

Information collected is used to:

We do not sell your personal information.

Real-time systems and data accuracy

Que uses real-time systems for queue management. We do not guarantee exact wait times, perfect queue position accuracy, or uninterrupted availability of updates. Results may be affected by network delays, business actions, user behavior, or outages.

Location Data

Que collects location data to enable discovery of nearby businesses, allow users to join queues, and provide live queue tracking features. Location information may be used while the app is active to provide real-time updates (e.g. showing you on the map when you are on the way to a queue, or finding businesses near you). If you enable live location sharing for a queue, your position may be shared with that business to update queue status and arrival information.

Marketplace Meetup and Transaction Location Data

When you use marketplace meetup features, we may process location-related data to help participants in an accepted offer identify and confirm a public meetup option. This can include precise or approximate coordinates you provide or authorize, listing or queue coordinates, confirmed meetup place details (such as place name, address, latitude/longitude, provider identifiers), and route metadata such as buyer and seller travel distance or duration estimates.

We use this data to generate safer public meetup suggestions, rank options for convenience or travel fairness, store and display confirmed meetup details for accepted deal participants, open the confirmed location in your maps app when requested, and support fraud prevention, safety operations, support, dispute handling, analytics, and legal compliance.

Confirmed meetup details and transaction meetup status are visible to participants in the accepted marketplace deal and to authorized Que personnel and service providers who need access for operations, support, safety, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal compliance.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Information may be shared with:

Third-party services

The app may integrate payment providers, notification services, mapping or location services, and other vendors. Their handling of information is governed by their own policies; we are not responsible for third-party practices beyond our reasonable selection and contracting.

To support meetup suggestions, Que may send location-related query data to third-party place, routing, and mapping providers. If you open a confirmed meetup in a third-party maps application, that provider processes your request under its own terms and privacy practices.

User safety and moderation

We allow users to report content and block other users. We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate access when necessary to protect users or the platform.

Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect user data. No system is completely secure; you are responsible for protecting your account credentials.

Data retention

We retain data while your account is active and as needed for legal, operational, or safety purposes. Deleted accounts may leave limited residual data for a period where required for fraud prevention, security, or legal compliance.

Marketplace meetup and related transaction location data may be retained as long as reasonably necessary to provide the feature, maintain transaction records, investigate safety and fraud concerns, resolve disputes, and satisfy legal obligations. We may retain de-identified or aggregated data for analytics and product improvement.

No continuous background meetup tracking

Unless we separately disclose otherwise, Que uses marketplace meetup location data in foreground, active user flows and does not use this feature for continuous background location tracking.

Abuse, fraud, and enforcement

We may monitor for suspicious activity, restrict access to features, and prevent misuse of queue or social features, consistent with our policies and applicable law.

Children’s privacy

Que is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

User Rights

You may access or update certain information in the app, adjust device permissions, request account deletion, and contact us about your data.

Account Deletion

Users may delete their account directly from the app: go to Settings → Account → Delete account. Deleting an account permanently removes associated personal data (profile, posts, queue history, messages). You may also request deletion by emailing support@que-ue.me with your account email; we will process the request within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy and revise the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy, to the extent permitted by law.
