Que is a platform for discovering businesses, joining queues, and connecting with others. These guidelines help keep the community safe and fair for everyone.

Be Respectful

• Do not harass, bully, or threaten other users.
• Do not post hateful, discriminatory, or violent content.
• Respect businesses and staff when using queues and messaging.

Be Honest

• Use your real identity where required (e.g. business accounts).
• Do not create fake businesses or impersonate others.
• Do not manipulate queues (e.g. fake joins, no-shows to harm businesses).

No Illegal or Harmful Content

• Do not post illegal content or promote illegal activity.
• Do not share harmful or dangerous content.
• Do not use the platform for fraud or scams.

Reporting & Moderation

You can report users, posts, queues, or messages using the Report option in the app. You can also Block users. Black Ridge Enterprises LLC may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines or our Terms of Service.
